Just having fun

I talked about how I have been just taking a camera and shooting what ever I like. This has been unbelievably fun for me. I still love setting up all the lights working with art directors and a lot of production. But there is something about just taking out a camera some film and maybe a fill card or two. It takes you back to a time were you first started shooting just because you loved it and everything was new to you. This was from a trip back home to Oceanside to see my family and chill with some friends. This was my friend Travis in this image at the top. This image to the right is my friend mike. We where eating before we when a seen The Watchmen. This was a good time and a lot of fun. As you can see this is HP5 but I pushed it to 1600 ISO for the low light, I was run it Kodak X-Tol 1:2 of 11mins in a Jobo.
I can't say how much fun this is to shoot this way. I have talked about it a lot over the last few weeks but if you don't feel the same love for this anymore just pick up your camera and go shoot anything. It does not matter what you shoot or if anyone else like it but you. It is about getting out there and making images for you not anyone else. As always thanks for stopping by.
